PENDULUM EXERCISES FOR BEGINNERS

Practice the 6 basic movements of the pendulum. Oscillations, to and fro, like nodding the head “yes”, then angled to the left, then angled to the right, and then side to side, like shaking the head “no.” If necessary start the movements by hand, keep them swinging, using your mind. Rotations, clockwise, and counter-clockwise. Again if necessary start them by hand, keep the rotations turning, using your mind. After a while, the most difficult action will be getting the pendulum to stop.

At a dowser’s meeting a man said to me, “this stuff doesn’t work.” “What stuff doesn’t work?” I replied. “This dowsing, I can do it with my mind.” he said while showing me his pendulum. I said, “you mean you can take an inanimate object on a string, and only using your mind power, make it move in any fashion that you want.” “Yes” he replied, “I can make it do whatever motion I want it to do, and because of that it isn’t reliable.” I said, “you were practicing dowsing movements, and when practicing dowsing you make it work.” “ But when asking questions, and seeking answers, you allow it to work.”

“YES”AND “NO” RESPONSES

There are several different possibilities for “yes” and “no” responses. The first one I was taught started with checking your polarity. After separating the legs, position the pendulum over the right leg and ask “what rotation is this?” Most people receive a clockwise rotation. Doing same thing over the left leg, the response would be the opposite rotation, a counter-clockwise rotation. This is considered a normal polarity, and therefore a clockwise rotation is a “yes” response and counter-clockwise is a “no” response.

There is another modality, using the to and fro oscillation as a “yes, as in nodding your head “yes”, and a side to side movement for a “no” as in shaking your head “no.” I adopted this procedure several years ago, and find it useful when scanning lists of items. The pendulum is set in a no motion and will swing to a yes whenever the appropriate target is found.

There is also a courageous modality possible using this same technique, having the pendulum in a complete stop while asking a question.

FIRST QUESTIONS

When I first came across the American Society of Dowser’s three directives of “Can I?”, “May I?”, “Should I?.” I was more than a little putout by them. After all I was fairly grounded in the techniques that were working for me, and if I had a mind to dowse something, I would just damn well go ahead and do it. But then I thought of the days that were not so “lucrative”, and what if I had checked with these directives, might I have gotten an insight as to not dowsing, for what ever reason.

“Can I?” refers to “am I ready and able?” This implies levels of mental sensitivity, and as I learned in the Silva Mind Control Classes, whatever level one is at, is to be considered a perfect level of mind for that time. However, since Information Dowsing uses only what might be called the “Mental Ray”, there can be instances of fading, along with Geo-Physical effects that could inhibit the dowser’s ability to receive a clear image. Therefore “Can I?” becomes an important overall check for potential accuracy.

“May I?” refers to “Do I have permission?” Here we are asking our higher self. Some dowsers consider this as asking their “Spirit Guides.” This is not recommended, especially for beginners. Welcoming and inviting “Spirit Guides” into one’s mental realms is dangerous and can lead to serious physical and mental attacks.

The Huna society, which is well steeped in parapsychology, teaches that the High Self can only be reached through the Low Self. The Low Self has no will power and obeys the Middle Conscious Self. The Low Self does the actual work in dowsing. If the Low Self is not centered and ready, it will still obey the Middle Self and take a guess.

“Should I?” refers to “is it appropriate?” There are times when I change this to “is this a good time to ask___?” Or “is this for my highest good?” Since we have dominion over the animals, when intending to work on a horse, I only ask “am I with this horse?”

ASKING QUESTIONS

“Always the beautiful answer who asks a more beautiful question” E.E. Cummings

“Ask and you shall receive, seek and you will find, knock and it will be opened to you” Matthew 7.7

“Questions provide the key to unlocking our unlimited potential” Anthony Robbins: Awaken The Giant Within

Questions should be clear, short and unambiguous. Planning a garden party and asking “will it rain?” The answer probably will be a “Yes” It will rain somewhere on the planet. Asking “will it rain on my June 15th party, at 164 Waterford Street, New Milford, CT, between the hours of Noon to 6:00PM?” Is clear and precise. Receiving a “yes” response, then one would ask “ On my perfect scale from 1 to 10 will this rain be more than a “3”, and then counting upward. At a “5” a tent would be wise, and at a “7” I would consider changing the date.

SERIES CODES AND THEIR FUNCTION TO IDENTIFY RACEHORSE QUALITIES

A bit of history first, When I first took up dowsing and handicapping racehorses, there were no books on the subject. There still isn’t. This is the book. Actually a friend told me at a dowsers meeting that he heard there was a book on dowsing and horses written in French, which stated that dowsing just before post-time was important. I thought that interesting and still do, but I wanted to work the night before.

I soon became less than satisfied with asking questions and getting yes and no answers. In the first place I got very few “No’s.” I was using the wrong code for “No.” Years later I established a flat-line side to side motion which is a dead fast “No.” Before that I had various degrees of “Yes.” There was “Yes, Yes”, and maybe “Yes.”

However, I did notice, when I changed to a heavier pendulum, that I was receiving a certain amount of rotations and strokes, when I hovered the pendulum over a horse’s name. The SERIES CODE was born. I could count the rotations and I had numbers.

I would go all around each horse’s name on the Daily Racing Form and note the counts. Most times the numbers made sense but sometimes I wasn’t sure. I looked for an increase in the counts and consistency. Good counts were anywhere from 16 to 20. Once I got a 25 and when I saw the horse in the paddock, she was frantic, and eventually scratched from the race.

I remember a most unusual cheap bottom of the barrel claimer at Aquaduct Racetrack, named BLACK MATCH. His series was 16, 16, 16, 16, 16, 16, the pendulum went on and on, same count. He won 10 or 11 races in a row, always at that lowest claiming level. And he won them all by getting in front and staying there, no one could catch him.

This counting was giving me some really interesting information, and I could concentrate on tuning in to the horse, rather than thinking of what question to ask. The question was understood, just like a water dowser might work.

One night the counts went strange on me. I was getting allot of lower numbers. I had 8’s and 9’s and didn’t know what to make of it. I stopped working just like the famous author Samuel Clemens would do, “to allow the tank to fill up.”

Two things then happened simultaneously, I found two books on dowsing in a little book store, in Greenwich Village. One was a thin book written in Britain, I’ve since lost it and can’t tell you the title or the author. But it was a description of a dowsing study. This gentleman was testing human qualities and aptitudes, using a pendulum and a scale. There was no picture of the scale. The most interesting part of his story was that after working for two years the scale changed, the numbers needed to be higher. The pendulum decided this!

The second book was PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICE OF RADIESTHESIA by the Abbe` Mermet. Written in 1935 he was the “king of dowsers” in France and Europe. I suspect if he were alive today, he’d still the “king.” This book is a must for your continued studies. The Abbe` writes about “Serial Counts.” He identifies just about very mineral and natural resource with a specific number of rotations and strokes, and the direction the rays can be found. He notes the “Serial Count” for horse is 18. And the pendulum goes counter-clockwise for females. I was propelled forward with tremendous velocity.

The Abbe` wrote nothing else about the horse, and he didn’t specialize in horses. So I assumed that the horse was well-bred and probably a turf horse, and one that could run all day, but might be at a disadvantage racing against American Bred speed. In either case I had my answers.

BODY, MIND, and SPIRIT SERIES CODES: TWENTY YEARS LATER

If you adopt this protocol, there is a 2x count when going over the body profile, and 18 is a normal good score. Count 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18. However, you’ll notice that some horses have a “little more” than 18 and some just make 18. I consider this as “significant.” You might also find a 20 or 22, or more. SECRETARIAT the magnificent Triple Crown Champion of 1973 had a repeated reading of 24. The highest sustained score of any horse so far. Sadly there also 16’s running on American racetracks.

 WHAT”S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 18 AND 22

Consider the 18 as a good $20,000 to $50,000 racehorse and the 22 as potentially worth millions of dollars in breeding fees. Just two more rotations of the pendulum.

Oscillations or stroking to and fro are also important, but don’t count them, yet, you will busy your mind and you could lose focus. Note if there are too many strokes, consider that the animal will have to be forced to run. Note if the strokes are going straight to and fro or arch over to one side. That is significant but at this point, you should be working with horses for your stable, and not horse races.

Check the chest area, that will be the strongest count, the hind quarters and legs could give a lesser count. In the chapters “Getting Started” and “Affirmations, Clearings, Healings” there are protocols for working to help correct low scores.

If you receive a 2,4,6,8,10,12 count. Two things are possible. One, either the horse has a degenerative disease in it’s energy body, like arthritis, and it might not show up in the physical body for months, or the pendulum has given you the number of the horse’s mind, body link. It’s SPEED. A count of 6 times 3 is 18. You challenge the horse with the count of 3x. If the first reading was 9 and the second score was 6 the pendulum REVEALED to you that the horse was about to demonstrate it’s balanced body, mind, spirit link.

I’ve thought about this allot, whether or not to put this information freely on the web. Dowsers who have tried dabbling in horse racing and failed, did not persevere enough to understand that the pendulum could reveal what might considered as a lesser quality, but was in fact a stronger quality. The dowser looking for the higher vibration received a “NO.” And the “NO” horse won .

The count of 7 times x3 is 21, and this is also a body, mind link speed number, but not as balanced as 6. If this horse is the only early speed horse in the race, it could wire the field. If it has a pressing or closing running style and it was a 7 in other races and it did not win or perform well, I would look for a jockey change. A new jockey if he or she is competent and knows horses, can get an unbalanced body-mind horse to react differently to a race.

A count of 8 times 3x is 24, is another body mind speed vibration. In a sprint race of 6 furlongs or less this type of horse has no chance to win, and if entered, is only there for a workout. In a route race this horse might have a chance if the pace is too demanding on the first two groups of contenders, the early horses and the early pressers. If you have an 8 x3 count horse in your stable, demand that it be at least a 20 body count. Otherwise it won’t be productive.

There is allot more I could tell you about series codes and racehorses, but in all fairness this knowledge took many  years to accumulate. Besides that this information alone, in the right hands, with a good computer handicapping program, and a decent bankroll to start, could support a dowser/handicapper for life.

With those thoughts in mind, I’m going to hold that person in ransom. If you only handicap races and don’t attempt to administer to any specific animals, the DIVA of EQUUS will thwart your best efforts. She will use the law of randomness to ruin your good wagers. She will hide from you the even finer vibrations that her chargers have to offer.

Learn and practice all of the above with a good heart and a sincere wish to be of service to the animal and you will be given gifts of abundance and good cheer.
